Some of my favorite projects:
Oregon PERS Intranet
Built a brand-new WordPress intranet from the ground up for 450+ employees, complete with custom theme development, custom PHP, REST API integrations, and interactive JavaScript features. Worked closely with managers and server administrators throughout the project, handled the content migration, created all the documentation, and trained both developers and content authors.

Oregon.gov/PERS
Web development for the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System, an Oregon state agency. Developed key features for a site serving over 400k PERS members, including a custom JavaScript carousel for the homepage that interacts with a Microsoft SharePoint API. Crafted accessible, clean HTML and polished the CSS and imagery to meet strict state accessibility standards while keeping the site visually appealing.
Chris Korsak Photography Portfolio & Blog
Gatsby JS (React) photography portfolio. Migration of 70 blog posts from Squarespace to a custom portfolio site that features responsive galleries and an image lightbox, a Markdown blog, and a contact form that allows a submission without a page refresh. Google Chrome lightbox performance score improved from a '22' rating on Squarespace to a '97' rating with this custom site. I'm also proud of the photography!

React, Firebase, & Tailwind smart shopping list app that learns your buying habits. I helped build this with three other talented developers at The Collab Lab.
